Cleanse your body, revive your Sunnah, and restore your health
Hijama (حجامة) is an ancient and powerful Sunnah treatment in which small cups are used to draw out impure or stagnant blood from the body. It helps remove toxins, reduce pain, and restore natural balance in the body.
It is one of the most recommended forms of healing in Islam, practiced by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ himself.
قال رسول الله ﷺ:
“إنَّ أَفضلَ ما تَدَاويتم بهِ الحِجامَةُ”
“Indeed, the best treatment you can use is cupping (Hijama).”
(Sahih al-Bukhari, 5371)
قال رسول الله ﷺ:
“الشفاء في ثلاث: شربة عسل، وشرطة محجم، وكيّة نار، وأنهى أمتي عن الكيّ”
“Healing is in three things: a drink of honey, a cut from cupping, and cauterization by fire, but I forbid my nation from cauterization.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari, 5680)

“Whoever performs cupping on the 17th, 19th, and 21st (of the lunar month), it will be a cure for every disease.”
